Mehran Anvari, MD
Dr Anvari, co-founder of Insight Medbotics, and thought leader in the field of Image-Guided Automated Robotics (IGAR), brings his unique skillset to the clinical advancement and approvals/clearances of the world’s first Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) guided breast cancer robot.
Dr. Anvari is a tenured Professor at McMaster University. He is the founding Director of the Centre for Minimal Access Surgery (CMAS) and Scientific Director and CEO of the Centre for Surgical Invention and Innovation (CSii), affiliated with McMaster University and St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton, Ontario Canada. He is also the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Medical Robotics and Computer-Assisted Surgery.
Dr. Anvari has also been awarded the Government of Ontario Diamond Award for Innovation in Technology, the Government of Canada Gold Medal of Distinction for Telerobotic Surgery, the NASA-International Space Station (ISS) Research and Development Award for Biology and Medicine (2015), and the Order of Ontario (2017).

Michael Golatta, MD, PhD, MHBA
Dr Golatta, is an Executive Senior Physician and co-Head of the Senology section of the University of Heidelberg, Germany, focused on diagnostic and operative senology, and associated with the German National Cancer Institute (DKFZ).
Dr Golatta has published widely, rapidly approaching 100 as first-, last-, or co-author, on topics related to breast cancer diagnostics and breast surgery, including early-stage, minimally-invasive, novel clinical trials in the area of cryotherapy for Breast-related diseases.
He is a current member of: The German Society of Senology for minimally-invasive mammography interventions, German Association of Ultrasound in Medicine, and German Cancer Society study group of gynecological endoscopy.
Unusually, Dr Golatta received a first degree in Economics prior to a career commitment to medicine, hence bringing a unique perspective at the nexus of business, science and medicine.

Kathy Schilling, MD
Dr. Schilling is a board-certified radiologist and the Medical Director of the Christine E. Lynn Women’s Health & Wellness Institute at the Boca Raton Regional Hospital in Boca Raton, FL, USA.
Dr. Schilling joined Boca Raton Regional Hospital in 1988 and became the Medical Director of Imaging and Intervention for the Schmidt Family Center for Breast Care at the Institute two years later. Under her stewardship, the Center has become the most experienced and comprehensive program in the region, performing over 100,000 diagnostic and therapeutic procedures a year. She now leads the medical team at the new Women’s Institute, which opened in July 2015, and provides an expanded continuum of care that addresses a woman’s unique medical needs from young adult through menopause.
An internationally-renowned radiologist and pioneering researcher in the field of women’s breast health, Dr. Schilling performed the world’s first positron emission mammography (PEM) biopsy at Boca Regional.
Dr. Schilling attended the University of Miami School of Medicine. She completed her internship at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami and her residency and fellowship programs at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami where she served as Chief Resident of Radiology. In 2001, she was awarded the coveted Wizmann Institute of Science Women of Vision Award.
She is a member of the American College of Radiology, Radiologic Society of North America, the American College of Nuclear Medicine and the Society of Breast Imaging.
